Bulk Payslip Generator

Upload an Excel of up to 100 rows and download a UK payslip PDF for every row. PAYE, NI, pension, and student-loan deductions are auto-calculated on 2026/27 HMRC rates. Excel parses in your browser — your salary, NI numbers, and tax codes never reach our servers.

Excel parses in your browser. Your salary, NI numbers, tax codes, and every other field in the spreadsheet are never sent to our servers.

Step 1 — Pick the document type

Pick the template you need. Picking a different card resets any spreadsheet you have already uploaded — each doc type has its own columns.

Step 2 — Activate your corporate code

The corporate code is the only authentication this page uses. No login, no email. Each generated PDF debits one credit from your plan.

Don’t have a code yet? View corporate plans — Team £29 / 50 credits, Pro £79 / 200 credits, Enterprise £199 / 1,000 credits, Top-Up 25 £19.

Step 3 — Download the Excel template

The template ships with one example row plus an Instructions sheet listing required and optional columns. Open it, fill row-by-row (one payslip per row), save as .xlsx, then upload below.

Step 3b — Add company letterhead (optional)

Apply a header image and/or footer (image or text) to every PDF in the batch. Both are optional and applied independently: if you supply only a footer, the document’s default header still appears; if you supply only a header image, the default footer is suppressed. Images are never sent to our servers — they are stamped into each PDF entirely inside your browser.

When enabled, any header image you upload replaces the default document header. Any footer image or text you supply replaces the default footer. Fields you leave blank keep the document’s own default. Included in all corporate plans at no extra credit cost.

Step 4 — Upload the filled spreadsheet

Cap 100 rows per upload. Only .xlsx (Excel 2007+) is accepted; CSV and legacy .xls are rejected.

What stays in your browser

  • The Excel file you pick is parsed by xlsx running on this page. It does not traverse the network.
  • Row data — including gross pay, NI number, tax code, pension % — lives only in this tab’s memory. Refresh the tab and it is gone.
  • Generated PDFs are produced in your browser and downloaded locally. No server-side rendering of your data.
  • The only network call this page makes is to validate your corporate code against your plan’s credit balance and to debit credits as you generate.
