How it works
- Pick a plan and pay. Pay by card or PayPal. We don’t ask for an account or an email — your code is shown on the success page. Save it somewhere safe; we don’t store it for you.
- Activate the code on any tool. Open any of the five generators (or all of them across multiple browser tabs) and paste the code into the “Got a corporate code?” box at the top. The activator validates with the server and remembers the code in your browser.
- Download clean PDFs. The £1.99 paywall is replaced with a “Use corporate credit” button. Each download deducts one credit. The server enforces the credit cap atomically — even across multiple devices.
- Share with your team. The code is just a string. Share it over Slack, email, or your password manager. Each team-mate activates it on their own machine. Credits are pooled across everyone.
FAQ
Can I share my code with my team?
Yes — that’s the design. There’s no per-user account because we don’t collect personal information. Treat the code like a password and share it through whatever channel your team uses.
What happens when credits run out?
The server returns a 402 Payment Required and the activator shows “Credits exhausted”. Buy a Top-Up 25 or roll into the next plan tier — top-ups are valid for 365 days and stack with an active plan.
Are the credits per-tool or pooled?
Pooled. One credit = one clean PDF, regardless of which generator produced it.
What about VAT on corporate plans?
payslipmaker.uk is currently below the £90,000 VAT-registration threshold. Plan prices shown are the total payable, no VAT to add. Once we cross the threshold, prices will be presented inclusive of VAT and a VAT invoice will be available on request.
Refunds?
Within 14 days of purchase if the code hasn’t been used. Contact billing@payslipmaker.uk with your transaction reference.
