Your golf profession
Select your profession, then pick the session type you provided. The service description and fee will update — both are editable.
Selecting a type pre-fills the service description and suggests a fee — both are editable in Step 3. Choose “Custom / other” to enter your own description and amount.
A unique reference — edit to match your own sequence.
VAT invoice or payment receipt — which do you need?
Most golf professionals in the UK operate below the £90,000 VAT registration threshold. If you are not registered, a plain payment receipt is the correct document — no VAT line, no VAT number, no obligation to charge VAT.
If you are VAT-registered, every taxable supply requires a full VAT invoice carrying the mandatory fields under Regulation 14 of the VAT Regulations 1995 — your VAT number, a unique invoice reference you can edit to match your own sequence, the tax point, client name and address, and a VAT breakdown. Add your VAT number to the form and the document type switches automatically.
