PayslipMaker.uk (operated by SHIKRA LLP) sells instantly-generated, downloadable PDF documents. Each is produced and delivered immediately on payment, so purchases are generally final — and a free proofread draft lets you check before you pay.

We refund

• Duplicate or accidental charges (full refund).
• Technical failure where you were charged but the document did not generate or download (we will regenerate or issue a full refund).
• Wrong output caused by our error.

We can't refund

A correctly-generated document you have already downloaded where the error was in the details you entered — the free proofread draft is there to catch these first.

Subscriptions

None. PayslipMaker.uk is pay-per-document, so there is nothing recurring to cancel.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your payment reference within 14 days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

UK cancellation right

By choosing immediate delivery of a digital document you agree to that immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once the document has been generated.
