How it works

When you fill in a payslip form, all the data stays in your browser’s memory. It is never sent over the internet to us. Your browser generates the PDF on your device. When you close the browser tab, the data is gone.

We contact our payment-gateway partner once, to process payment. The request carries a product identifier. No document content, no personal data, no salary figures leave your device.

payslipmaker.uk is built specifically for the UK market. Our payslip calculator uses 2026/27 HMRC rates for PAYE income tax, National Insurance, student loan repayments, and pension auto-enrolment. Our documents use British English spelling and DD/MM/YYYY date formatting throughout.
