We built this because every other payslip generator online requires your email, creates an account you didn’t want, and sends marketing emails you didn’t ask for.
We believe financial document tools should work like a calculator — you use it, get your result, and move on. No trail, no tracking, no follow-up.
Our documents are generated entirely in your browser. We cannot see your data because it never reaches us.

How it works
Calculator-style, not SaaS-style.
When you fill in a payslip form, all the data stays in your browser’s memory — it is never sent over the internet to any server. The PDF is generated using client-side JavaScript libraries running on your own device. When you close the browser tab, the data is gone.
The only server interaction is the payment step, where we create a Razorpay or PayPal order. That API call contains only a product identifier — no document content, no personal data, no salary figures.

Built for the UK, not localised from elsewhere.
payslipmaker.uk is built specifically for the UK market. Our payslip calculator uses 2025/26 HMRC rates for PAYE income tax, National Insurance, student loan repayments, and pension auto-enrolment. Our documents use British English spelling and DD/MM/YYYY date formatting throughout.
